Meanwhile, Althoff Catholic fought the good fight in their overtime contest against the Orphans on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 53-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Orphans.
Father McGivney Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season. As for Althoff Catholic, their loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 16-11.
