 On the hitting side,  Sophia Spivey and  Isabelle Hochmuth did most of the damage at the plate:  Spivey  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  double, while  Hochmuth  went 1-for-3 with a  home run and four  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aubrey Grimm, who  went 1-for-3 with a  triple, a  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 Cor Jesu Academy  didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and  finished the game with ten  strikeouts. That's the most  strikeouts they've managed all season.
 Windsor's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Cor Jesu Academy, their win was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 19-11.
