They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Madison County Red Raiders 39-36. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Red Raiders last Tuesday, they had to take a 62-43 loss.

Eastside's victory bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Madison County, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-12.
