Andre Lopez posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 232 yards while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Central back in October of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Lopez was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 59 yards.

Looking ahead, Lopez and Calexico will host Holtville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lopez will face off against Enrique Armas, the Vikings' star RB. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
