Payson's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Anderson Hatch, who scored 19 points along with 5 rebounds. The matchup was Hatch's third in a row with at least ten points. Omar Fierro-Nava was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 6 rebounds.
Payson now has a losing record at 1-2. As for American Leadership Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
Payson will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Chino Valley at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Chino Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 last Wednesday. American Leadership Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face American Leadership Academy - Ironwood at 3:00 p.m. on November 25th. American Leadership Academy - Ironwood has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 218 points over their last three matches.
