The Twin Lakes Indians will head out on the road to  challenge  the Tri-County Cavaliers  at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Twin Lakes is probably headed into the  game with a chip on their shoulder considering Rossville just ended the team's  three-game winning streak  on Saturday. They took  an  8-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets.
  Keaton Miller was cooking despite his team's loss,   going 2-for-3 with two  doubles, one  run,  and one  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Carson Wagner, who  went 3-for-4 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Tri-County has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.33  runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit  on Friday. They fell  11-7 to Carroll. That makes it the first time this season the Cavaliers have let down their home crowd.
 Twin Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Tri-County, the  defeat was their first  at home , dropping their record down to 9-3.
 Everything went Twin Lakes' way against Tri-County in their previous matchup  back in May of 2024, as Twin Lakes made off with  a  12-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
