The Irvington Blue Knights are on the road again on Thursday and play against the Medford Tech Jaguars at 4:30 p.m. on December 28th.
Last Saturday, Irvington was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 52-51 to Caldwell.
Meanwhile, Medford Tech put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They secured a 71-65 W over Doane Academy. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Robbie Conyer continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds. Those 25 points set a new season-high mark for him. Tyler Branson was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven assists and four steals.
Irvington's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Medford Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.
