Lilly Stukus continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Chagrin Falls' points. Elena Goodwin was another key contributor, scoring four points along with seven rebounds.
Several Hawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Julia Scales, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds. The contest was Scales' seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Sophia Cicerini, who scored six points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Chagrin Falls pushed their record up to 9-4 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Hawken, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Chagrin Falls will head out on the road to face off against Aurora at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hawken, they will play host again and welcome Berea-Midpark, where tip off is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
