S. Stapleton, Johnson County's leader in stolen bases on the season, led the team again on Monday. Stapleton showed up in a big way, getting on base in five of his six plate appearances with three stolen bases. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 1.1 stolen bases per game. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Coming up, Stapleton and Johnson County will square off against Glascock County at 5:30 p.m. on March 25th. Johnson County is 8-2 against Glascock County going back to March of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
