They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 win over Trinity Lutheran on Monday. The victory was just what Henryville needed coming off of a 15-2 defeat in their prior matchup.
The team relied heavily on Dustin O'Bannon, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
Eastern's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Henryville, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.
