Make it 12 blowout wins for the Calvary Christian Academy Lions this season. They blew past Seabreeze 51-30. The win was a breath of fresh air for Calvary Christian Academy as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.
Despite the loss, Seabreeze still got an impressive performance from Sarahnoel Randolph, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 16 rebounds. Randolph is crushing the rebound category: she's posted at least nine every time she's taken the court this season.
Calvary Christian Academy now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Seabreeze, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-14.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calvary Christian Academy will take on the Greyhounds at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. KIPP Bold City comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Seabreeze, they and the Bulldogs will face off at 6:00 p.m. on February 1st without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. DeLand presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Sandcrabs in Florida (the Bulldogs are ranked 186th, while the Sandcrabs are ranked 503rd).
