Knippa and Fayetteville squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Knippa had to settle for second. They came up short against the Lions, falling 19-2. The Crushers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Knippa saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Memphis G, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Knippa's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Fayetteville, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

As of now, neither Knippa nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
