The Fair Play Hornets will head out on the road to take on the Humansville Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Last Tuesday, Fair Play was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 56-51 to Lakeland. Fair Play has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Humansville posted their biggest victory yet this season on Tuesday. They blew past Everton 67-15 at home. The victory was just what Humansville needed coming off of a 67-37 defeat in their prior match.
Fair Play has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. As for Humansville, their win bumped their record up to 7-11.
Fair Play came up short against Humansville in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 48-38. Can Fair Play avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
