Princeton Day went from 6872 to 6756 in the
national rankings since last week after going 1-0 in the past seven days. The Panthers are currently No. 188 in the New Jersey state rankings, with an overall record of 12-9.
Mercersburg Academy currently sits at the top of the league with a mark of 11-5 overall and 2-0 in the league. Princeton Day sits -0.5 game back in second, with a 4-1 record in league play.
The Panthers' pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing three hits and one walks to lead the league in both categories. Princeton Day's pitchers have been charged with only 140 hits and have struck out 98 batters.
