There's no place like home for Kirbyville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They never let the East Chambers Buccaneers get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Tuesday. Considering the Wildcats have won eight contests by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ethan Gatlin was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. Max Myers was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Kirbyville has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.6 runs over those games. As for East Chambers, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-10.
