The Clinton-Massie Falcons will take on the Greeneview Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
The home team had won the previous five meetings between Clinton-Massie and New Richmond, and Clinton-Massie kept the tradition alive. The Falcons were the clear victors by a 15-7 margin over the Lions on Monday. That eight-run margin sets a new team best for the Falcons this season.

The team relied heavily on Corey Frisch, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four runs, four RBI, and one double. What's more, he posted two hits, the most he's had since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Colton Fite, who went 2-for-4 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Clinton-Massie always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .553. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Greeneview entered their tilt with Catholic Central on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Irish get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted against the Irish since April 22, 2022.
Greeneview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trent Webb, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.
Greeneview's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Clinton-Massie, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4.
Wednesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Clinton-Massie hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .319. However, it's not like Greeneview struggles in that department as they've averaged .334. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Clinton-Massie couldn't quite get it done against Greeneview when the teams last played back in May of 2024 as they fell 7-2. Will the Falcons have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more baseball content.
