The Kimberly Bulldogs put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They claimed a resounding 45-0 win over Gooding at home. The result was nothing new for Kimberly, who have now won six games by 34 points or more so far this season.
Kimberly can attribute much of their success to Parker Stringham, who threw for 77 yards and two touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also picked up 67 receiving yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Kasen Hammond, who picked up 60 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Kimberly's victory was their tenth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 9-0. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 34 points. As for Gooding, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.
Kimberly will stay at home for another week and welcome Gooding at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. Gooding is on the road again on Friday and play against Kimberly at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. Kimberly knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past six contests -- so hopefully Gooding likes a good challenge.
