Aj Lowe Turns in Season-Best Effort
Sulligent was led to victory by Aj Lowe, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Lowe rushed for 146 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
Lamar County's probably not too fond of Lowe given he always seems to get the better of them. When Lowe last faced the Bulldogs back in October of 2023, he rushed for 196 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries.

Tuscaloosa Academy Gets a Boost from Lancaster in 35-21 Victory
Preston Lancaster's big game helped extend Tuscaloosa Academy's winning streak to six on Friday. Lancaster did his part (and then some), throwing for 327 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.4% of his passes, and also rushing for 75 yards on only ten carries for the 'W'. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2023.
Lancaster is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Lamar County on Friday. When Lancaster last faced the Bulldogs back in September of 2023, he threw for 338 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown.

Landon Archer Delivers Best Effort of Season
Sadly, Landon Archer posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Vincent over Tuscaloosa Academy on Friday. Archer picked up 189 receiving yards and a touchdown. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 72 yards.
The defeat snapped Vincent's losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 5-1 record. It'll be a Battle of the Bugs Yellow Jackets takes on Aliceville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kelvies Snoddy's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Greene County over Aliceville
Kelvies Snoddy posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 135 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry.
For the season, Snoddy has averaged 106.8 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 7.33 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 109 rushing yards.

Wilder Jr. Came Up Big in Greene County's 15-14 Loss
Another Greene County player making an appearance on this list is Ronald Wilder Jr.. He rushed for 184 yards on only 15 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 130 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Aliceville's probably not too fond of Wilder Jr. given he always seems to get the better of them. Wilder Jr. rushed for 197 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries the last time he and the Yellowjackets duked it out back in October of 2023.
