After flying high against Riverview two weeks ago, Highland came back down to earth. The Rebels took a 26-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gosnell Pirates on Friday. While the Rebels had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Pirates 6-0.
Although Highland took the loss, they still got scores from Dakota Niswonger, Nate Huckabee, and James Jensen.
Highland's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Gosnell, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
