It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Neumann had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Sports Leadership & Management Spartans as they made off with a 16-4 win. The Celtics might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Neumann, bringing their record up to 17-11. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Sports Leadership & Management, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-16.

Coming up, Neumann will welcome Cambridge Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lancers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. Sports Leadership & Management does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
