Centennial's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They never let the Minneapolis Southwest Lakers get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. The Cougars not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 8th (when they won 12-1).

Centennial has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for Minneapolis Southwest, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Centennial wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 8-7 victory against White Bear Lake on the 17th. As for Minneapolis Southwest, they will challenge Roosevelt at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
