Basketball Recap: Rural Vista [Hope/White City] Skates Past Wakefield with Ease

There's no place like home for Rural Vista [Hope/White City], who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They claimed a resounding 61-29 win over the Wakefield Bombers. The Heat haven't had any issues with the Bombers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Leading Rural Vista [Hope/White City] to victory were Tucker Mein and Gavin Carson. Mein went 6-for-7 to rack up 12 points and three steals, while Carson went 5-for-6 en route to 10 points and five rebounds. That's the most points Mein has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Tyler Brockmeier, who had nine points.
