The Alexander Trojans will head out on the road to challenge the Oakfield-Alabama Hornets at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Alexander's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matchups.
Alexander scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They breezed by Wheatland-Chili at home to the tune of 83-45. Perhaps unsurprisinly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
Meanwhile, Oakfield-Alabama was able to grind out a solid victory over Royalton-Hartland on Friday, taking the game 57-49.
Alexander's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Oakfield-Alabama, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Alexander might still be hurting after the 75-53 loss they got from Oakfield-Alabama when the teams last played back in February of 2023.
