After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rosamond, the Mammoth Huskies were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Kern Valley with a sharp 63-38 win. Mammoth pushed the score to 50-28 by the end of the third, a deficit the Broncs had little chance of recovering from.

Despite the defeat, Kern Valley saw an underclassman step up: Bryce Smoot scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Mammoth pushed their record up to 10-7 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Kern Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mammoth will take on the Broncos at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
