Despite the defeat, Neighborhood House Charter got a solid performance out of Tavon Rhodes, who scored 50 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. The matchup was Rhodes' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Juelz McGhee was another key contributor, scoring four points along with five rebounds.
Salem Academy Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Neighborhood House Charter, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
