Friday's contest might be decided in the trenches. Crimson Cliffs has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 190 rushing yards per game. It's a different story for Dixie, though, as they've been averaging only 84.6 rushing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant running game?
Crimson Cliffs barely slipped by Dixie when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 21-20. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Flyers' Ran Sawyer, who rushed for 258 yards and three scores while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. Now that he won't be playing on Friday, will it be easier for the Mustangs to walk away with another win? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
