In what's become a running theme this season, the Redeemer Christian Lions gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Real Life Christian Academy 47-17 at home. The win was familiar territory for Redeemer Christian who now have three in a row.
Redeemer Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cami Satterfield led the charge by dropping a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Satterfield has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Selena Martin, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Redeemer Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Real Life Christian Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Redeemer Christian will take on Cambridge Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Real Life Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Winter Haven Christian at 6:00 p.m. Winter Haven Christian is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
