They claimed a resounding 60-29 victory over Our Lady of the Sun Academy on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Trinity Christian, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Our Lady of the Sun Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joseph Reiss, who scored 14 points along with 5 assists. Brady Webster was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 8 rebounds.
Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Our Lady of the Sun Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian will square off against BASIS - Prescott at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Our Lady of the Sun Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Thunderbird Adventist Academy at 6:45 p.m. on December 7th.
