East Memorial Christian Academy were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, after a big victory against New Life Christian, Victory Christian came back down to earth. Victory Christian fell just short of Tuscaloosa Christian by a score of 52-54. Yes, you read that final score correctly. Yes, this was football.
East Memorial Christian Academy simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Victory Christian 44-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for East Memorial Christian Academy since the team won't have home-field advantage.
