Pleasant Valley moved up to 561 from 689 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Eastern. The Vikings were able to make move up by defeating Las Plumas 41-0.
Pleasant Valley took down the Thunderbirds 41-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Enterprise's dynamic duo of Alex Talladino and Jordan Deppe proved tough for West Valley to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Talladino threw for 80 yards and Deppe had 80 yards receiving. Talladino helped Enterprise's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 68 yards.
The Hornets' dynamic duo of Talladino and Deppe proved to be unstoppable against the Eagles, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Deppe was the best wideout in the league this week as Enterprise beat West Valley.
Talladino put up the best numbers in passing as Darren Trueblood's team beat Greg Grandell's team.
Matt Machado provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Paradise defeated Sonora. Machado's key target this week was Max Valdez, who caught 2 passes for 22 yards.
Machado was the best running back in the league this week. In 14 carries, he ran for 176 yards as the Bobcats bested the Eagles. Teammate Kenny Bengson added to the ground attack by rushing for 93 yards.
The leading receiver in the league this season is Talladino. The Enterprise star has 4 catches for 85 yards.
Mark Cooley's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,892 from 9,669. The improvement came about via a 41-0 victory over Las Plumas last week.
