Northern Garrett won the last time they faced East Hardy and things went their way  on Monday too. The Northern Garrett Huskies strolled past the East Hardy Cougars with  points to spare, taking the game  44-27. The  win was nothing new for the Huskies as they're now sitting on three straight.
 Northern Garrett's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Abby Nelson, who  went 7 of 17  on her way to 17  points. Another player making a difference was  Kaylee Bowser, who  posted seven points.
 Several Cougars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Chloe Miller, who  earned eight  points and seven  boards.  Adyson Crider also deserves some recognition as  she  posted her first  assist of the season.
Northern Garrett now  has a winning record of 9-8. As for East Hardy, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northern Garrett will square off against Turkeyfoot Valley Area at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for East Hardy,  a feisty cat fight will be fought when  the Cougars  duke it out with  the Panthers at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. East Hardy is facing Harman at the right time seeing as Harman is stuck on  a  four-game losing streak.
