The Anna Coyotes have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Krum Bobcats at 6:15 p.m. on December 19th. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Anna has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 22 points or more this season. They put the hurt on Emerson with a sharp 66-44 win on Tuesday.
Anna can attribute much of their success to Ayonna Cooper, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds and seven steals. That's the first time this season that Cooper scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Valajah Jackson, who scored 16 points along with nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, Krum earned a 42-30 victory over Aubrey on Tuesday. Given Krum's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 156th, while Aubrey is ranked 516th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Anna has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for Krum, they pushed their record up to 13-4 with that victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.
