Camden Military has struggled against Wilson Hall recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Daniel Burton was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds for Wilson Hall. Burton has been hot recently, having posted nine or more rebounds the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Shawn michael Matthews, who scored six points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Camden Military dropped their record down to 1-13 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Wilson Hall, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camden Military will take on Trinity Collegiate at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Trinity Collegiate's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matches. As for Wilson Hall, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Laurence Manning Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Laurence Manning Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up five last Friday.
