Given the Saints' advantage  in MaxPreps' Indiana football rankings  (they are ranked 32nd, while the Eagles are ranked 278th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 South Putnam came up short against Indianapolis Lutheran in their previous matchup  back in October of 2023, falling  21-14. Thankfully for South Putnam,  Braydon Hall (who rushed for 182 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 54 receiving yards) won't be suiting up this time.
