As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jones has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Twitty, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
When it comes to explaining why Burns lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kaylee Greene. Despite the final result, she scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Burns struggled to work together and finished the game with only an assist. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Thomas Jefferson, bringing their record for this year to 9-3.
