It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Brown County Eagles can now relate to. They were dealt a 75-45 defeat at the hands of the Braves on Wednesday. Brown County has struggled against the Braves recently, as their contest on Wednesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Faith Wiseman, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 24 rebounds for Indian Creek. Wiseman hasn't dropped below nine rebounds for nine straight games. Another player making a difference was Lauren Foster, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 assists.
Brown County's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Indian Creek, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 17 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.
Brown County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Indian Creek will square off against the Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Northview is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
