After losing to Sports Leadership & Management the last time they met, the Florida Christian Patriots decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Florida Christian came out on top against Sports Leadership & Management by a score of 60-50 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Florida Christian.
Leading Florida Christian to victory were Daouda Ndiaye and Kohl Rosario. Ndiaye dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Rosario scored 30 points along with 8 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ryan Rangel, who scored 4 points.
Florida Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Sports Leadership & Management, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Florida Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Somerset Academy South Homestead at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Somerset Academy South Homestead knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three matches -- so hopefully Florida Christian likes a good challenge.
