Basketball Recap: American Sign Language & English's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

American Sign Language & English came tearing into Monday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They greeted the New Year with with an 85-70 victory over Columbia.

American Sign Language & English pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 86.7 points per game. As for Columbia, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, American Sign Language & English and Columbia will both be playing City College Academy of the Arts the next time they take the court. American Sign Language & English will head out to face City College Academy of the Arts at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while Columbia will host them at 4:30 p.m. on January 15th.
