The Parkway Christian Eagles will be playing at home against the Merritt Academy Mustangs at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Parkway Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9  runs per game  this season.

  DJ Quest made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  struck out six batters over  four innings while giving up just two earned runs off   one  hit. Quest was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Dane Mazek was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing three bases while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Brett Polakowski, who  scored two  runs and  stole four bases while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Merritt Academy came up short against Peck on Tuesday and fell  8-5.
 Parkway Christian has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record  this season. As for Merritt Academy, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record  this season.
 Parkway Christian beat Merritt Academy 4-1  in their previous matchup  back in May of 2023. Will Parkway Christian repeat their success,  or does  Merritt Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
