The Osmond/Randolph Hawks suffered their biggest loss since December 21, 2023 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 56-29 loss at the hands of Laurel-Concord-Coleridge. While losing is never fun, Osmond/Randolph can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 241st, while Laurel-Concord-Coleridge is ranked 93rd).
Despite the loss, Osmond/Randolph still got an impressive performance from Keli Aschoff, who scored 15 points along with six steals.
Osmond/Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Laurel-Concord-Coleridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.
Osmond/Randolph and Plainview will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 25th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Plainview will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Laurel-Concord-Coleridge, they will be playing at home against Wakefield on Thursday.
