Volleyball Recap: Tracy Wins Going Away Against Emerald

Tracy not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 22, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Emerald Aerouants with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tracy was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-13.

Their offense was headlined by Gabriella Hernandez and Zoe Artadi, who picked up eight kills apiece. Hernandez really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 20. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Jolie Lam, racking up two apiece.

Tracy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Emerald, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tracy will welcome Ripon Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Emerald, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Foothill at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Aerouants are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
