After a string of six wins, the To'hajiilee Warriors's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were dealt a 71-17 loss at the hands of Legacy Academy. The low total for To'hajiilee ended their streak of high-flying scores.
Legacy Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Robie Turrieta led the charge by scoring 17 points. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for him. Noah Sanchez was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds.
To'hajiilee's loss dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Legacy Academy, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
