With a playoff game on the line, Flat Rock rose to the challenge  on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  4-2  victory over the Ida Bluestreaks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Flat Rock also won the last time the pair played  back in May of 2022.
  Emma Neace spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned  (and one unearned) run on seven hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Addi Kopp was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs, three  RBI,  and a  double while going 4-for-4.
 Flat Rock has  been performing  well recently as they've  won six of their last eight matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-14 record  this season. As for Ida, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
 As of now, neither Flat Rock nor Ida have any future games scheduled.
