Jersey Village posted their biggest win since December 5, 2023 on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 71-50 margin over Spring Woods. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Jersey Village has posted against Spring Woods since February 2, 2021.
Cy-Fair suffered their biggest defeat since November 9, 2023 on Tuesday. Their rough 60-34 loss to Stratford might stick with them for a while. Cy-Fair has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Cy-Fair had strong showings from Aries Tovar, who scored six points along with six rebounds and four blocks, and Viviyn Mcleod, who scored 16 points.
Jersey Village's victory bumped their record up to 17-11. As for Cy-Fair, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-16.
Jersey Village came up short against Cy-Fair in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 52-48. Can Jersey Village avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
