Agua Fria extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Xavier Matthews. Agua Fria put the hurt on the Estrella Foothills Wolves with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday for which the team can thank Matthews, who had 28 assists and nine digs. Matthews is crushing it when it comes to assists: he's posted at least 12 every time he's taken the court this season.

Agua Fria never let Estrella Foothills on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-13, 27-25, 25-20.

Agua Fria's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-3. As for Estrella Foothills, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Agua Fria is taking a road trip to square off against Deer Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Estrella Foothills, they will face off against Gilbert Christian at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
