Arlington found their leader in underclassman Zaria Moss, who scored 30 points along with five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Moss has scored at least 25% of Arlington's points. Cydney Hurt was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with eight rebounds.
Despite the loss, Hamilton saw an underclassman step up: Amare Boothe scored 31 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. The matchup was Boothe's ninth in a row with at least ten points.
Hamilton struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
The win makes it two in a row for Arlington and bumps their season record up to 3-7. As for Hamilton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
