Glendale Prep Academy strolled past Highland Prep with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 51-32. Given Glendale Prep Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 80th, while Highland Prep is ranked 240th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Senna Smith continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games she's played. Maggie Hawkins was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds.
BASIS Phoenix pushed their record up to 10-3 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.1 points per game. As for Glendale Prep Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 15-3.
