Maplewood put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Badger Braves get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. That seven run margin sets a new team best for the Rockets this season.
Addison Marker was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
In other batting news, Ava Calvert and Aleesia Woomer did most of the damage at the plate: Calvert went 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run, while Woomer scored two runs while going 2-for-4.
