The Lassiter Trojans can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Johns Creek with a sharp  58-38 victory. The  matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached  35-14.
 Lassiter's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Sophie Hortman, who  scored 18 points along with four  steals. Hortman hasn't dropped below two  steals for nine straight games. Another player making a difference was  Malia Loadwick, who  scored 12 points along with three  steals.
 Lassiter is  on a roll lately: they've  won 12 of their last 15 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Johns Creek, they are  on a eight-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-21.
 Lassiter will be playing at home against the Yellow Jackets at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Sprayberry comes in on three and the Trojans on five. As for Johns Creek, they will head out on the road to  square off against  the Raiders at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked  in Georgia (Alpharetta is ranked 419th, while the Gladiators are ranked 438th).
