West Washington always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Borden only posted an OBP of .292.
West Washington is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Borden, their loss dropped their record down to 14-6.
